This page lists the third parties (“Subprocessors”) that process Customer Personal Data on our behalf in providing Access Governance for Jira. It is the Subprocessor List referenced by our Data Processing Addendum.

No other Subprocessors. The app uses no third-party analytics, no external error monitoring, and no external storage in the data path. No Customer Personal Data leaves the Atlassian platform.
We will post updates to this page at least 30 days before any new Subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data, as described in our Data Processing Addendum. Customers should monitor this page; because the app stores no customer contact emails, notice is provided by updating this page rather than by direct email.
